Columbia Transfer Press Carousel: From FESPA Straight to the Customer
At FESPA 2026 in Barcelona, together with our partner Acosgraf, we showcased a fully integrated DTF inline production line for industrial applications. Visitors were able to experience the entire production process live – from printing, powder application, cutting, and drying through to the automated finishing of transfers.
A key component of the presented solution was the Columbia Transfer Press Carousel. Following the exhibition, the system was delivered directly to its new production site in France.
The production line demonstrated at FESPA highlighted how modern DTF manufacturing can be fully automated from start to finish. All components are designed to ensure a continuous material flow and stable process conditions. The result is consistent, reproducible output, high print quality, and efficient production. Thanks to uninterrupted processing, users benefit from increased efficiency, optimized material handling, and a high level of process reliability.
In the future, the Columbia Transfer Press Carousel will be used by a customer in France for the automated finishing of transfers. The system is available in various configurations and can be adapted to individual production requirements. In addition, custom paint finishes are available. For the French customer, for example, the carousel displayed at FESPA was manufactured with a custom blue finish.
