POLI-FLEX® TURBO®: Maximum efficiency with minimum pressing time

With POLI-FLEX® TURBO® flex film, POLI-TAPE offers a high-performance solution for efficient textile finishing. The plotter film impresses with its extremely short transfer time and particularly low processing temperature. You can achieve high-quality results from just 130 °C and with a pressing time of just 3 to 5 seconds. This saves valuable production time, reduces energy consumption and at the same time protects sensitive textiles – a clear advantage over conventional flex films.

A particular advantage of POLI-FLEX® TURBO® is its wide range of applications. The film is ideal for a wide range of applications in textile finishing:

  • Sports and teamwear: Perfect for jerseys, training wear and functional fabrics. The low temperature prevents damage to delicate materials.
  • Leisure and fashion items: Whether T-shirts or hoodies – the soft, stretchy feel ensures a high-quality look and pleasant wearing comfort.
  • Workwear and professional clothing: Ideal for hard-wearing textiles that are washed frequently. The high wash resistance guarantees long-lasting results.
  • Bags and accessories: Cotton bags, rucksacks and other textiles benefit from the high opacity – even on dark materials.
  • Fan articles and merchandise: Thanks to the option of multi-layer processing, creative, multi-colored designs can be easily implemented.

POLI-FLEX® TURBO® is suitable for cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, polyester/acrylic, nylon* and elastane*. The film really comes into its own with temperature-sensitive fabrics.
