xTool F2 Ultra UV – The laser for high-precision engraving

The new xTool F2 Ultra UV, which will soon be available from Print Equipment, sets impressive standards in modern laser engraving. With its 355 nm UV technology, an extremely fine focus point below 10 μm and virtually heat-free processing, the system enables high-precision engraving even on sensitive and transparent materials such as glass, plastics, acrylic, electronic components or jewelry. At up to 15,000 mm/s, it is also one of the fastest UV lasers in its category. Thanks to UV cold processing, flawless engravings are created without thermal stress: no burn marks, no discoloration, no damage.

Perfect for glass engraving
The F2 Ultra UV opens up new possibilities for professional glass art. Permanent 3D internal engravings turn glass blocks, crystal balls and many other shapes into unique works of art. Microscopic details are engraved directly into the glass – without preparation or post-processing. Rotary engravings and reliefs are also produced cleanly and precisely.

Micro-precision & maximum detail
As one of the most precise lasers in its class, the F2 Ultra UV works up to 100× finer than CO₂ systems. An optimized vector fit algorithm with 0.001 mm resolution ensures razor-sharp results in the micrometer range and exceptionally high material compatibility – from acrylic and crystal to ceramic, silicone and numerous types of plastic.

Dual 48 MP cameras for maximum accuracy
The world’s first UV laser system with two high-resolution cameras enables automatic focusing and millimeter-precise positioning. With a precision of 0.2 mm, every work step remains controlled and reliable.

From 2D to 3D – intuitive and smart
The xTool Studio software makes 3D interior engraving easier than ever: AI-supported functions convert texts and images into 3D models at the click of a button. Autofocus, drag & drop control and intelligent parameter recommendations offer intuitive operation for perfect results.
