Printing systems for DTF transfer printing are an optimal solution for the production of individual transfers. You can use these to create high-quality prints on textiles, with virtually no limits. But not only textiles can be printed with a DTF printer; other products can also be finished.
DTF printers work according to the direct-to-film principle, in which the design is printed directly onto a special DTF film. The printed film is then powdered with a hot-melt adhesive(DTF transfer powder) and gelled in the oven, which ensures permanent adhesion to the printed items.

1. DTF format printing systems
You can print sheet material with a DTF format printing system. We offer you ready-made transfer sheets in formats from DIN A4 to 40 x 50 cm. To obtain finished transfers with a format printer, first print, then apply hot-melt adhesive (DTF transfer powder) – hot-melt adhesive can be applied manually or using the DTF Shaker Station – and then cure. Formatware printers are suitable for small to medium print volumes.
2. DTF roll-fed printing systems
If you are looking for a DTF printing system with which you can produce transfers in longer runs, a DTF roll-fed printing system is the right choice for you. The printout is produced on the roll printer – the DTF film material is transported further and runs into the fuser unit. This is where the automatic hot melt adhesive application and the gelling of the transfer takes place – the finished DTF transfer can be found in the material output. This must now be cut and can then be processed further.
3 DTF roll-to-sheet systems
Would you like to combine the advantages of a web printing system with those of a format printing system? Then the roll-to-sheet process is right for you! Here, an additional cutting unit is attached to a DTF roll printing system so that the roll material can be cut into finished transfer sheets after gelling. Printing, processing, cutting, placing and pressing. An all-in-one process for larger order quantities and efficient and flexible production of finished DTF transfer sheets!
