What are transfer presses?

Transfer presses play a crucial role in the field of transfer printing, a technique that enables designs and graphics to be transferred onto a variety of materials.

Essentially, transfer presses enable this transfer process (heat transfer press) with heat and pressure. From the production of customized textiles to the production of advertising materials, transfer presses play a key role in the transfer printing process and help turn creative ideas into tangible reality.

What transfer presses are available?

1. flat presses

A flat press offers you numerous options for finishing (flat) textiles, plastic, aluminum and other materials. Special and optional accessories facilitate the positioning and processing of the article (e.g. laser, lower tables, protective covers). Heat and pressure are used to transfer the design to the article. From standard formats to transfer presses for large areas: we offer you the optimum flat press for your requirements.

2. mug presses

A mug press can be used not only to finish mugs in different materials and shapes. To-go models and jars can also be optimally pressed with the right sleeves. The article is inserted into the mug press, which is designed to hold the cylindrical/conical object securely. The heat transfer press is then closed, allowing the transfer to fit snugly against the drinking vessel. The transfer is transferred to the mug/glass/bottle through heat and pressure.

3. cap & ball presses

Would you like to refine caps or balls? This can be difficult with a normal flat press: The shield of the cap can be severely deformed or the ball is not securely fixed for the transfer process. We offer special presses for this purpose. These articles can be pressed easily and efficiently using holders specially designed for caps and balls in adapted shapes.

4. convection ovens

Would you like to print all over several mugs or other drinking vessels at the same time? With a hot air oven and elastic bands or shrink bags, the whole thing is possible without any problems.

5. carousel presses

The carousel presses are ideal for the industrial production of textiles. These are equipped with several worktops/stations and transfer units, which are arranged in a circle. The stations can be set individually.

6. accessories
