DTG direct printing incurs only low printing or production costs.

There is no minimum number of pieces. Unique pieces and small series are produced within a very short time.
For a wide range of textiles
DTG technology is suitable for printing on hydrophilic textiles such as cotton or mixed fabrics with at least 50% cotton content. In general, the higher the cotton content, the higher the wash resistance.
Environmentally friendly
DTG inks are water-based mixtures without harmful ingredients such as solvents. Therefore, the ink formulation is suitable for printing on children’s clothing, among other things.
Printing systems for DTG direct printing
Print Equipment offers different models from two manufacturers for DTG direct printing. In addition to printers, we also supply equipment for pre-treatment and drying of textiles. Getting started with this printing process is worth careful consideration, because it takes a certain level of knowledge and a solid sales potential to be economically successful with DTG direct printing.

The next generation
With a new development of DTG printing systems, previously unimagined possibilities are achieved. The brand new high-speed DTG/DTF printing systems from Polyprint are already being hyped as the best machines in their class, and not without reason! Because here, industrial printing capacities are combined with the ease of use of business devices and that at a price point that was previously unattainable.
A completely reformulated ink also makes it possible to use these printers for DTG direct printing and DTF transfer printing, without the need for costly ink changes. With print capacities of up to 56 dark and 64 white T-shirts/hour, the TextJet NG printing systems are unique. These devices also turn on the tap when it comes to print size, with a print image of up to 50 x 70 cm!

DTG is a very powerful printing technique to print textiles with photorealistic designs. The particular strength of this printing process is on dark to black textiles.
This is how it works
With DTG (direct-to-garment) textiles are digitally printed using an inkjet process. The printing is done with a printer designed for this purpose and with pigmented, water-based inks, which are then fixed by the application of heat, e.g. with a transfer press.
