Overview Foil Transfer
Flex foils
Flex folis are special plastic films that usually consist of three layers: The hot-melt adhesive, the colour layer and the carrier film. The cutting plotter is used to cut the contours of the design into the colour and hot-melt adhesive layer and then manually remove those parts that do not belong to the design.
Flock foils
With textile flocking, a flock foil with a design is plotted out and transferred to the textile. This high-quality textile finishing is often used, for example, for sports clubs and associations in the form of emblems, names or numbers. Flock foils are particularly impressive because of their feel.
Adhesive patches
Patch labels are fabric-like textiles that have a hot melt adhesive on the back. They can be used excellently as an embroidery substitute for company logos. They are used in particular for caps, hoodies, T-shirts and polos.
Printable foils
So-called "printable" foils are printable flex films that are processed with a print & cut device. Depending on the version, these films can be printed with eco-solvent, solvent, latex inks and UV inks. A transfer tape is required for transfer to textiles.

Our flex films are ideal for printing on a wide range of textiles such as cotton, polyester, softshell and many more. Especially for workwear or in the sports or club sector flex shirts are very appreciated because of the high washing temperatures and durability. Flex films with the “LowTemp” function also allow you to finish very demanding surfaces such as heat-sensitive materials or sublimated / dyed polyester.
