There is no minimum number of pieces. Unique pieces and small series are produced within a very short time.
Designs on textiles can be washed indefinitely and sublimated mugs are suitable for the dishwasher.
1. polyester coating
In order for the sublimation process to work, the sublimation blanks must be polyester-coated. If this is not the case, we offer you a way to prepare items for sublimation without this coating with the Subli Prep clear varnish.
2. white/bright surface
Since you cannot print white with sublimation, the sublimation blank should have a white/bright surface. This makes the designs stand out particularly well.
3. injectable
In general, any article (with the prerequisites 1 and 2) can be sublimated. However, care should be taken to ensure that it fits under a transfer press / in a mug press or can be finished in a sublimation oven.
