New: The UV-DTF roll-to-roll solution for efficient UV sticker production
With the new UV-DTF roll-to-roll solution, Print Equipment is launching a powerful and flexible technology for the production of high-quality UV transfers (rub-on stickers). The system impresses with its brilliant print quality, high flexibility and easy handling – ideal for applications that cannot be realized with conventional UV direct printing.
Powerful technology for brilliant results
The UV-DTF roll-to-roll solution is based on the proven Epson® F1080-A1 printhead technology and is equipped with three high-performance printheads (1st head: 6x White, 2nd head: CCMMYK, 3rd head: 6x Varnish).
With a maximum media width of 310 mm and a print width of up to 295 mm, the system offers a wide range of applications. The combination of white, CMYK and varnish enables brilliant colors, fine details and particularly resistant transfers.
The water-based UV pigment inks are REACH-compliant. Production in quality mode is possible from €2.55 per running meter.
Efficient and easy to use
A big plus point: the automatic lamination of A and B film directly during the printing process. This eliminates the need for manual processing steps – finished transfers can be processed immediately.
With a production speed of up to 5.88 linear meters per hour, even larger orders can be processed quickly and reliably.
Flexible and versatile – for various surfaces, materials and applications
UV-DTF transfers are the ideal solution for finishing solid and hard materials such as glass, ceramics, wood, metal, plastic and natural stone. UV-DTF technology opens up new areas of application and design possibilities, particularly for objects that are not suitable for direct printing due to their nature or construction (highly curved, conical, highly reflective objects or print areas in recesses).
Experience it live now!
Print Equipment will be presenting the innovative solution at the FESPA Global Print Expo in Berlin from May 6 to 9, 2025. The new UV-DTF roll-to-roll system will take center stage there – along with numerous other innovations relating to printing and finishing.
