DTF cutter takes DTF production to the next level

As a DTF provider from the very beginning, Print Equipment has helped shape the technological development of the printing process both internally and externally. Following the launch of the XP600-PRO system bundle (600 mm media width) including matching fusing unit in 450 mm and 600 mm pass-through widths at the end of 2023, Print Equipment is now introducing the DTF cutter. This cutting unit makes it possible to take DTF production to the next level.
By combining the DTF cutter with a DTF printing system and a corresponding fusing unit, the advantages of DTF roll-fed printing systems and format printing systems are combined in the roll-to-sheet process.

The further development of DTF printing systems is progressing steadily – with the XP600-PRO, Print Equipment is launching the next generation of DTF printing systems onto the market. The system bundle consists of the XP600-PRO printing system (600 mm media width) including matching fuser unit in 450 mm or 600 mm pass-through widths.

(TVP) At the FESPA in Berlin, it was clear to see what a boom DTF is currently experiencing. We have taken the development of the new technology as an opportunity to dedicate a separate market overview to DTF printing systems for the first time. TVP Editor-in-Chief Andreas Farnung talked about the background with Mario Panter from Print Equipment. The managing director was one of the first wholesalers to venture into the subject with his company.
