DTF redefined with the XP600-PRO system bundle

The further development of DTF printing systems is progressing steadily – with the XP600-PRO, Print Equipment is launching the next generation of DTF printing systems onto the market. The system bundle consists of the XP600-PRO printing system (600 mm media width) including matching fuser unit in 450 mm or 600 mm pass-through widths. The XP600-PRO printing system impresses in terms of performance, efficiency and reliability.

The advantages at a glance:

  • With two Epson® PrecisionCore I3200-A1 print heads, which are arranged in a linear offset, the system enables simultaneous color application of CMYK and white.
  • The compact design of the printing system reduces the travel distance of the print head carriage, resulting in an increase in printing speed of around 35% (compared to the previous model).
  • The running performance of the XP600-PRO in the production setting is in the range of 11-12 running meters. / hr.
  • Many functions of the fuser unit are controlled automatically, making the system easy to operate.
  • By using modified insulation, the noise level of the fuser unit has been significantly reduced both in waiting mode and during operation.
  • Depending on the requirements, ink sets from DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 Series or Kodacolor DTF/FTF Series are available. Both ink blends are certified according to ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®, while DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 is also GOTS-certified.
